Today Whitecastle’s vision and strong commitment

markets is manifested by Whitecastle Private Equity Partners, Whitecap Venture Partners and Whitecastle New Urban Fund.
A. Ephraim (Eph) Diamond incorporated Whitecastle
Investments Limited as an investment vehicle for his family in 1959.
Eph was the founding partner and President of Cadillac Development
Corporation from 1953 to 1974 and Chairman of the Board and CEO
of Cadillac Fairview Corporation from 1974 to 1979.
Carey Diamond, Eph’s son, joined the company
in 1989 and Whitecastle made the decision to devote its energy and
capital to investing in and assisting emerging growth companies.
In 2008, Steve Diamond returned Whitecastle to its roots with the launch of Whitecastle New Urban Fund.

Michael Diamond, a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business as well as Osgoode Hall Law School is a business consultant, entrepreneur and investor as well as an active philanthropist. |

Stephen Diamond, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamondcorp, oversees the general business activities and management of the Fund. Mr. Diamond was previously a partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP and head of that firm’s Municipal and Environmental Law Department. |

|
Mark Diamond graduated with his L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984, practiced law for a short time and then formed Wormark Development Corporation, building non profit housing and industrial office condominiums in Ontario. |

Fairview Corporation Limited, Eph served as Chairman and CEO
until 1979 and continued on the Board of Directors and the Executive
Committee until the company was sold in 1987 when the company
was acquired by a private investment consortium. |

| Carey has been at the helm of

transitioned Whitecastle from a private family holding company
into one of Canada’s more successful private company investors.

| Kim joined Whitecastle Investments Limited in February 1997 and has
progressed into her current role as controller. She is responsible for
the financial reporting and overall administrative management of the
Whitecastle group of companies. |

| Janyce has over 25 years of accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining Whitecastle in 2004, Janyce gained most of her experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry where she progressed to the position of Director of Finance at Knoll Pharmaceuticals. |
